Very nice, knowledgeable staff. In a large clinic it can be difficult and stressful to hear your name called. Perhaps a greater usage of ticket numbers and the TV monitor system could help?

Always well looked after and told what is happening.
Only thing that could be improved is contact from midwife as not great at getting back to me when I have queries or questioons.
